The school is governed by the Hamilton Boys' High School Board of Trustees. The Board is made up of key members of the school community, including the Headmaster, parents, teacher and student representatives and other people who are committed to ensuring that the school continues to excel.  The Board of Trustees meets regularly throughout the year. 2017 Board of Trustees Meeting Dates

The Board of Trustees will be meeting on the following dates in 2017:  1 March, 5 April, 31 May, 28 June, 30 August, 27 September and 29 November.

 

School Executive

The Executive Team is responsible for administering the day to day operations of the school in accordance with policies set out by the Board. The Executive team consists of The Headmaster, and five Deputy Headmasters.

Finance and Property

The Director of Administration and Finance is responsible for the non-teaching part of school operations. The Property Manager is responsible for all buildings and grounds maintenance and school security. A large team of staff support these two areas of the school. Fees

General Fees and Class Material Fees are paid annually. An EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available in The School Shop for you or your son to pay fees. If paying by cheque, please make payable to Hamilton Boys' High School and post to The School Shop, HBHS, P.O Box 3201, Hamilton or ask your son to drop the cheque (in a sealed envelope) into The Shop. General Fees are $290.00 including GST

The School communicates with the home through a whole range of documents, forms and texting (please ensure any changes are given to us as soon as possible email: jmissen@hbhs.school.nz)  throughout the year. As we rely on having up to date contact details for our students and their families.
